This is a straightforward music announcement piece with minimal editorial framing—it presents factual information about album release, tour dates, and includes direct artist quote. The language is descriptive but unmarked by ideological positioning (e.g., 'mosh-ready chorus,' 'hybridizing early Metallica' are genre-specific descriptors, not loaded framing). No political or social framings are imposed; the article centers the band's own voice and promotional materials.

Show Me the Body have announced a new album, Alone Together, set to arrive July 10th via Loma Vista Recordings.
The band has also unveiled a new single titled “No God,” following the release of “Dance in the USA” last month. The song is accompanied by a music video in which frontman Julian Pratt rides shotgun alongside masked social media sensation License as he bobs and weaves through traffic in Queens, New York.
The single features a mosh-ready chorus before breaking into a traditional heavy metal riff for the breakdown, hybridizing early Metallica with contemporary hardcore.
Pratt said about the album-making process with producer Klas Åhlund, “There’s certain parts of our music that are distinctly Show Me The Body. And he was like, ‘those parts only your band could do? You should just do that all the time. All the parts that sound like everybody else, you should just do less.'”
Show Me the Body kick off a North American tour with Provoker this Thursday, May 14th (pick up tickets here), while a European run supporting Deafheaven begins August 26th.
